The Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency licenses and regulates goods-vehicle operators in Great Britain through the Vehicle Operator Licensing (VOL) system.

Fraktix's ~64,000 UK operators come from DVSA operator-licensing data, mapped into the same schema as US and French carriers.
